Account Deletion Steps: Android

To delete your Mainline Menswear account, you firstly need to make sure that you have downloaded the Mainline Menswear Mobile App. You can find the Mainline Menswear App on the Google Play Store.

Once you have downloaded the Mainline Menswear App onto your Android device. You will need to log into your account by selecting the Account tab from the bottom menu. Once you’re logged into your account, tap onto settings and then tap Delete Account.

When you tap Delete Account, you will be provided with some information detailing the account deletion process and you will be asked whether you would like to proceed or not.

When you tap proceed, an email will be sent to you with a 9 digit alphanumeric code that you will need to enter to confirm your account deletion. If you haven’t received a code, you have the opportunity to request to receive a new one.

Enter the 9 digit code from the email you will have received and tap the confirm button to confirm you are happy for your account to be deleted.

Once your account deletion has been confirmed, you’ll automatically be logged out of your account and you will have 28 days to which you can re-login if you wish to re-activate your account.

If you log back into your account within the 28 day window, you will be greeted with a welcome back message to confirm your account has now been reactivated.

If you have not re-logged into your account during the 28 days window, your account will be permanently deleted after the 28 days and you will need to recreate a new account. We will not be able to recover or retrieve any previous data.
