If you choose to order without opening an account your email address will be stored in our mailing list so we are able to send you details of offers and discounts.

Unfortunately, if you have problems resetting your password we do not have access to accounts so are unable to retrieve your password for you. We can delete the account, enabling you to open a new one using the email address you have used previously. You will need to contact us to have the account deleted.
