This website is heavily tested across all browsers in order to meet our high standards, however sometimes things may slip through the net. Due to the modern web standards, we recommend using an up to date browser such as Google Chrome or Firefox as some features may not be available on lesser supported browsers such as Internet Explorer.

Mobile App General
Any App Versions which do not begin with 2.0.X will need to be updated, or deleted for you to be able to reinstall the newest version. If the device you are using does not allow you to update due to the operating system being out of date, you would need to use the mobile website instead.
• If you experience problems when using the APP please ensure the App is up to date. To do this visit the App Store on your device and you can download the latest version.
• To check which version of the app you are currently using, go to the menu, tap settings at the bottom of the page and the version number will be displayed at the bottom of the page.
• Our App is currently compatible on Apple and Android mobile devices. The option to use the APP on a tablet will be available in the future.
Mobile App Support
• If you experience issues with the APP freezing when you use this we would recommend restarting this. You should close down the App completely and reopen this. If this still continues to happen, please contact us on the link below.
• If you do experience any App issues, please contact us with the information below;
- Device you are using
- The version of the App you are currently using including the operating system, and the version of that operating system if known. This will help us to try to resolve your query.
• If you have attempted to place an order via the APP and you are unsure if this has been successful, please contact us. We would be happy to check your order has been accepted prior to you attempting to place this again.
