How do I request my refund or exchange? (UK)

Please include your invoice, or a note with your order number inside the parcel, with details as to whether you require a refund or exchange.

If you are requesting an exchange, please confirm both the product ID and size in the exchange item(s) you would like.

We do not offer free returns, a £3.99 fee for the use of the Returns Label will be either deducted from your refund amount, or this will be requested at the point of exchange. Where possible this will be done automatically, otherwise we will contact you via email.

In the event of a price difference with your exchange item, where possible we will attempt to automatically charge the original payment method used, if this is not possible, we will contact you via email.

Due to the nature of By Now Pay Later payments, we are only able to process exchange requests for the same item in a different size. If we cannot fulfil your exchange, we would automatically issue a refund or credit note dependant on the dates.
