We aim to process all returns within 7 working days of the order being received into our Warehouse.
Refund Processing Times:
- Credit/Debit Card - 3 to 5 working days dependant on your bank.
- PayPal and Amazon Pay - 3 to 6 hours and goes into the PayPal or Amazon Pay account you paid with.
- By Now Pay Later - Either reduces outstanding invoice payments or is refunded back to your credit/debit card. Please contact the provider for more information.
Exchange Processing Times
- Once your exchange has been set up you will receive an email confirmation with your new order number and a second email containing your new tracking details.
- Please note that all exchanges are delivered to you using our standard 72 Hour Royal Mail service. If you need to upgrade your delivery service, please contact us directly. Fees may apply.
