You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return your items for a refund. We do allow up to 30 days to return items for an exchange or credit note. Due to each country having different transit timescales, we would take this into consideration and use the date the order was posted back, rather than the date returned.
Please note, we do not accept any items back after 30 days from the date the order is delivered, if this has not yet been posted.
Unfortunately, we do not offer a returns label for international customers at this time. You can return your order to us at the address below using a courier service of your choice. Please ensure that you use a tracked service with the correct level of insurance to cover yourself against any transit issues.

Any Order returned through FedEx will incur a £21.00 handling charge. This charge would be deducted from your refund or requested prior to an exchange order being shipped. We apologise for this inconvenience and ask that you seek an alternative returns provider where possible.
You can return more than one order within the same parcel, however you must include all relevant details for each purchase.
You must include information on the outside of your parcel to declare this as a return. This will prevent any additional charges that should not apply. If the parcel is not declared as a return, any additional charges will need to be paid for by the Customer.
Please note: if a parcel is missing in transit, a product is damaged or missing from the parcel, you must contact your chosen courier to investigate. We cannot be made liable for any missing or damaged parcels.
