Please include your invoice, or a note with your order number inside the parcel, with details as to whether you require a refund or exchange.
If you are requesting an exchange, please confirm both the product ID and size in the exchange item(s) you would like.
In the event of a price difference with your exchange item, where possible we will attempt to automatically charge the original payment method used, if this is not possible, we will contact you via email.
If your exchange request is out of stock, we will automatically issue a refund or credit note.
Due to the nature of By Now Pay Later payments, we are only able to process exchange requests for the same item in a different size. If we cannot fulfil your exchange, we would automatically issue a refund or credit note dependant on the dates.
