If you have received a faulty item or your item has become faulty, please contact our Customer Service team who can help. You will need to email images through to sales@mainlinemenswear.co.uk. In some cases, we may require a second opinion from the brand.
Dependant on your location, we may be required to seek the opinion of the brand, as they may not wish to have the item returned. This saves on postage costs and is more economical, however this does not apply to all faulty items.
